Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Investment & Construction Administration Co., Ltd. is the exclusively-invested subsidiary of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Investment Industrial Co., Ltd. There are administrative office, planning & finance dept., item supervising dept., engineering dept. and development dept. in the company. Currently, there are nearly 30 staff in the company, most of whom are executives and professional technician. Moreover, 70% of the staff have senior-grade or medium-grade professional title. The company possesses the B-grade qualification for real estate development, construction engineering supervising and construction bidding agency.
Phenix Building, constructed by the company, is a 25-floor-building for the use of commercial business, inhabitation and office. It is located at the cross of the Anshan Rd. and the Benxi Rd., the cultural and financial center of the Yangpu District. The building is close to the Holiday Department Store, Yolo electrics and Phenix Hotel, abutting on top grade residential area, hospital, public park and education institution. More than 10 transits are nearby, subway M8 is under construction, and it’s only 1 km from the building to Yangpu Bridge and inner loop elevated road. In a word, the Phenix Building is a community with excellent service, convenient transportation and easy shopping. Presently, the company mainly engages in the development of real estate. In August 2002, the company joined Shanghai Ke Shi Fa Real Estate Co., Ltd. to form the Shanghai Ke Gao Holding Co., Ltd. KE Gao has developed three projects since its establishment. They are Phenix Winner Hotel Apartment, Phenix Winner Commercial Building and Oriental New Living Hotel Apartment.
- Phenix Winner Hotel Apartment
The project was finished within only half a year, including feasibility research, determination, alteration, completion and sale. It is the first hotel apartment in the Yangpu District, being welcomed when launched the market in Dec. 2002 and sold out only in two days.
- Phenix Winner Commercial Building
Because of the good leasing situation and solution of the stock space of the minor building, the company redesigned and decorated the 3rd floor of the minor building into Phenix Winner Commercial Building in Aug. 2003. There are 25 office rooms in the building, of 48~340 sq. meters unequally. The leasing rate reaches 100%.
- Oriental New Living Hotel Apartment
The company got the Yangpu District cultural & sports center building by means of being the main shareholder, and then recreated the Oriental New Living Hotel Apartment. Now the Rainbow Restaurant has leased the 1st to 4th floor, the offices and apartments on the 5th to 18th floors have been sold out. The Apartment is located on commercial street of the Yangpu District, close to metro M8. The directors of the District ever inspected the apartment many times, who regarded it as the image project of the Yangpu District.
